Education Opportunities
Spring 2013 CA user group
Registration is now open for the upcoming user group. The event will be held on June 27, 2013 from 9:30-11:30am in the Mississippi Room in Coffman Union. Two hours of continuing education will be offered.
The user group will also be broadcast via UMConnect. Please sign up for the in-person session of the user group, and the link to UMConnect will be sent to all registrants via email several days prior to the event, as well as the agenda and other handouts as needed.
CAAC policy subcommittee process
Interested in what the policy subcommittee is working on this year, and how you can contribute? Please take a moment to review the procedure they are following for the policy review process throughout the year as well as a list of policies that will be reviewed.
HSA process
Effective 11/18/12, CA approval will be required in HRMS for HSAs processed later than 60 days from when the original charge posted on a sponsored project. This new functionality supports the updated cost transfer policy that was released in late summer 2012.
