Department of Audits is to provide independent, objective assurance
and advisory services designed to add value and improve the operations
of the University of Minnesota. Audits considers risks broadly
and includes within its scope all activity posing financial, operational,
technological, regulatory or reputational risk to the University.

of Oversight, Analysis & Reporting:
The Office of Oversight,
Analysis & Reporting (OAR) is an institutional level oversight
mechanism providing repports and assisting units with establishing
recurring risk measurement and exception reporting practices.representing
a fundamental principle of the University of Minnesota Sponsored
Projects Oversight Model:

Office
of Regulatory Affairs:
The Office of Regulatory
Affairs (ORA) provides internal oversight on compliance issues
related to the performance of research
trials at the University of Minnesota. The overall purpose
of the ORA is to ensure the safety, rights and well-being of research
subjects and to help ensure the quality and integrity of the research.
